HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order by phone or email. However, your best experience, especially for a large or truly unique event, will be to visit our showroom so our experienced staff can help pair your needs with just the right items.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

Planning ahead provides you with the greatest opportunity to reserve the items and quantity you need.  The larger the event the greater the time needed for a reservation.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

We understand that plans can change.  We work diligently to accommodate our clients whenever possible.  Changes are discussed directly with the client.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

Yes we do.  All clients are provided with cell numbers that will keep them connected and in direct contact with myself and key team members.
